definitely includes the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh, who will lead a group of 50 members of the British royal family at the wedding, along with 40 representatives of foreign royalty, that are likely from Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Greece.
For sure Prime Minister, John Key and his wife, Bronagh have made it on to the royal wedding invitation guest list. It was confirmed yesterday, that he will be attending the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton, although the invitation is still in the mail.

About 1,900 royal wedding invitation (stamped in gold with gilded edges) were mailed in a pale brown envelope last week. Each invitation bears the Queen’s seal, and the guests are requested to attend the ceremony at 11 a.m., dressed to the hilt in either military dress, morning coat, or business suit.
The St James Palace reported that military personnel and charity workers would mingle with European royalty, diplomats, and family and friends of the couple at the Westminster Abbey royal wedding ceremony.

Another for sure thing, is that President and Mrs. Obama, along with many other heads of state, are NOT on the Royal wedding invitation guest list, and neither is Sarah Ferguson (Fergie), Dutchess of York on the list.
The Daily Telegraph reports, as far as the leaders of the nations go, the British Royals have decided to invite only fellow royalty and the leaders of the former British colonies that comprise the Commonwealth – changing the approach from the 1981 wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana, when President and Mrs. Reagan were invited.
